The 10th Koto Bike Ride organized by KOTO (Know One Teach One) on November 10 involves a 55km journey from United Nations International School (UNIS) in Tay Ho District to Son Tinh camping site in Ba Vi District, Hanoi.
The program’s purpose is to raise funds for street children who have difficult living conditions to achieve education and career training conducted by KOTO.
Since 2002, the program has raised US$200,000. This year, the organizer expects to attract 200 participants on the bike ride.
Jimmy Pham, founder/CEO of KOTO International, said: “All proceeds will be spent on house and school renting fees for 200 students.”
